- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the removed material and its pre-removal location
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, and phone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or Clark County, Nevada, if outside the United States) and agreeing to accept service of process from the original notice sender
Submit counter-notices to dmca@willifit.ai.
Repeat infringers
Willifit will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts or access of users who are repeat copyright infringers.
Bad-faith notices
Sending a false DMCA notice — claiming infringement of material you do not own, or misrepresenting authorization — is perjury under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f) and may result in liability for damages, including attorney fees. We may forward obviously fraudulent or harassing notices to our counsel and to the party whose content was improperly targeted.
